I tend to write a lot in notes, although, not been one to share these
thoughts. It's pretty long-winded and not entirely 'art' related - its more
what goes on in my mind.
Be warned! it's rather unfiltered and sometimes I look back on what I
read to see how I was thinking in certain times. Next time I'll write some
notes from when I was 17.
(I doubt this will be something I'd share as a regular thing - hope not
because it's me processing 'feelings'!)
Energies
The subjective weight of consciousness is albeit imaginary, of which has
no physical numerical value.
Collective views as part of a social circle enable shared opinions,
thus, nothing but that view is deemed weigh-able.
Therefore. intangible collective views are given value in a form
of majority point of view.
Perspectives are lost in this structure, where majority is of that view.
Figuring out structures of social links is important to the well being
of any social creature. Sensory actives, such as, pat on the backs, hugs and
hand shakes convey a social message of connecting. Gesturing responses of
clapping thumbs up and nodding heads are connecting on same wave length. Choice
of tone and words mirroring direction of conversation to express emotive along
with active listening – critical thinking, if the individual is in-distress.
Tailored communication style preferences, such as, knowing allergies,
favourite foods and details are crucial. As is tailoring a presentation to
audience.
The difference with strangers and people-you-know is the default
preference profile or data of user profile. Even to a painting that gets
detailed as you get to know the person.
Objectively, storing data and details take an amount of memory which
costs energy.
Processing energy with technologies, such as using software to create
work companied with communicating to colleagues restrict energy output.
Thus, developers focused on maintaining a linear thought who must juggle
conversations along with project flow may incur longer downtime to replenish
energy levels.
Furthermore, learning new methods may add extra processes to adopt.
Hence why individualism doesn’t fit in certain development pipelines.
Unless, customised to meet individualist values.
This would be attained by seeing the patterns and linking essential
meanings from all core values. As a symbolic middle ground.
From observations of excel sheets, seasonal weather is
a main factor. Illness isn’t predictable; however, it is relative to seasonal
weather.
Predicting when seasonal weather changes is simpler form of monitoring.
This is scientifically proven by ‘”winter blues” with daylight being shorter,
thus, sunlight is reduced leading to vitamin D deficiency.
Natural processes of the body functions on foods which provide nutrients
and cells repair during sleep. Based on the biological clock this process
operates as intervals of a 24 hours cycle, 1 day.
Due to this time factor the process of
input = = output should happen within the 24-hour cycle within the day to
maintain energy, resulting in, peak performance.
Supporting a functional lifestyle can be difficult without a
balance. It can always be functioning, as humans what we deem as ‘values’ are
personal.
Functioning Energies
With Time data gathered in Excel sheets the
distribution shows accurate accounts of where time and energy has been
invested. Natural constraints of the human shell restrictions of needing sleep,
food and repairing itself from illness or physical fatigue.
Normal sleep = 8 hours (16 hours remaining)
Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner = 1hr 30 minutes (14hr 30m)
Preparing, Cooking = 2hr (12 hr 30m)
Washing dishes, Cleaning = 1 hr (11hr 30m)
Walking, travel = 1hr (10hr 30m)
Groceries, Essentials = 30 minutes (10hr)
Social, Communications = 1 hr (9hr)
To calculate how much Time is then left for Creativity
these are averages of the accounts with an exception for sleep,
wellbeing articles does state 8 hours.
From these 9 hours, vast hours are invested in Creativity. Ranging from
peaks of 6-7 hours.
Input is not recorded but this could improve the statistical data.
However, with the nature of this exercise it may become too overwhelming. Thus,
excess energy expenditure is not optimal.
Balancing the energies, thus, the allocation of energies document
depicts stimuli and the varying environmental effects.
Using the Time management data collected in Excel
sheets from the following years from Jul 2018 and current year 2019.
Undetermined cause(s) has led to patterns of unknown anomalies. Winter effects
of shorter daylight and vitamin D deficiency is a sound reason. Periods (for
females) of the menstrual cycle and hormonal changes is another. Stress which
raises cortisol then causing hormonal imbalance in addition to irregular
menstruation. People or Social causes output
more energy, less recovery time. Sleep is then affected
causing even less repair time.
The Balancing
Faster than a disease and more painful than surgery, there’s at least
morphine.
The longest known human condition, yet, not so simple to cure for its’
diagnostic isn’t so noticeable. There isn’t a molecule, atom or cell to look at
or measurable quantitatively - Loneliness.
If there was a big picture of loneliness it could -literally- be a crowd
of people.
Optimistically, this is the survival instinct for humans to work
together into making something better. It’s what most fear, hence why, there’s
“safety in numbers”. This isn’t coincidence, as law of nature, the meek or weak
fall prey. Except for “underdogs”, again perhaps not coincidence, as Darwin’s
evolution theory explains.
This is non-biased to the political or economic environment. Where no
amount of privilege or money can change gifts of nature. On the bright side it
can change the misfortune of environment though.
Darwinism described as “a theory of biological evolution
developed by the English naturalist Charles Darwin and others, stating that all
species of organisms arise and develop through the natural selection of small,
inherited variations that increase the individual's ability to compete,
survive, and reproduce.” Hence why “Survival of the fittest” is
competitively known. Meritocratic perspective would be characterised by traits
or competencies. Alongside the perspective of Favouritism which would be
characterised by harmony or diplomacy.
Economically this could be described as a Supply and Demand of people.
If there was a graph to depict what type of people is in stock and is needed to
fulfill a distribution.(without kidnapping new labour force)
Internal economies of scale would be to produce.
External economies of scale would be to adopt.
Realisation is the painful understanding when data forecasts a company
is in need for pivotal action plans.
The Balance of Perception and
Perspective
“Interindividual differences in
perception describes the effect that differences in brain structure or factors
such as culture, upbringing and environment have on the perception of humans”
From the definition to theory of ‘Interindividual’, it stems from the
sensory format of perception. Types of perception includes; (human senses)
vision, hearing, taste and social touch leading to neural receptors. Which then
process information based in the ‘here and now’.
Perspective, still in the category of sight and both fundamentally
based on neural receptors. In addition to processing information - though based
in the ‘ future’ using up-to-date evidence.
General definition of Perspective is viewing angles. Thus, viewing the
context from various perspective points.
In Chaos Theory, the ‘butterfly effect’ describes the “small change in one state of a
deterministic nonlinear system can result in large differences in a later state.”
It is as figurative as ‘monopolies’ in markets. Changing state of one area will
inevitably transform the future economics.
In Quantum Physics the ‘ Ripple effect’ is of the forces, explained
using gravitational waves. The science of Time and Space is not oriented in
linear motion – expansive. Hence why quantitively the moment it
is ‘already gone’ (so to speak).
The best way to explain this ‘idea’ is through “conductance quantum”,
once the energy passes through the circuit it’s traveled in
that span of time and distance.
Another directional approach could be transfer of feelings such as the
saying “positivity is contagious”.
If it was considered as a social approach it would be a saying such as
“being in good company”.
As a strategy it would be the tools to deduct and then plot a course of
decisions.
Good practices tend to cover things such as irrational decisions don’t
yield ideal results, even if the solutions may provide choices. The choice of
actions is still formed on irrationality. Irrational is based on personal bias
or group majority. Patterns of which are only favourable one-sided. Not Win/Win
(so to speak).
If left not monitored, decisions based on this pattern cause harm more
often than favourable outcomes.
In Psychology ‘difference threshold’ or ‘sensory threshold’ is used to
describe this perception and perspective. Which is explained by “ lowest point at which a particular
stimulus will cause a response in an organism.” The physical terminology is
‘pain tolerance’.
Which leads to the term ‘mental fortitude’, which is “necessary element of success. Mental
fortitude is defined as the ability to focus on and execute solutions when in
the face of uncertainty or adversity.” The processes involved may include; “Research indicates that mental toughness is
characterized by traits such as determination, focus, confidence, perseverance,
positive attitude, emotional regulation, and desire for success. In many ways,
it differentiates those who crack under pressure from those who thrive off it.”
In Economics a tactic used is measuring “elasticity”, explained as “measure of a variable's sensitivity to a
change in another variable.”
In the varying approaches to certain variables, in this case Perception
and Perspective. Perception would be “expanding the mind” via information.
Perspective would be “broadening the horizons” via understanding.
